STUDIO POLICIES

CULTURE & ETTIQUETE 

​

* NO SHOES (any kind of shoes) are permitted in the studio. Shoes can be left at the front door. Students are welcome to bring their cutest socks or walk barefoot.

​

* While classes are in session, we ask that voices are kept low in the waiting area.

​

* There are no lockers in our studio. You can place your items on the floor. We are not responsible for your items.

​

* We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early for your class. Be sure to register online, book your session, and sign a liability waiver prior to your first class. Each class starts with a warm-up, so if you have any physical limitations, please inform the instructor beforehand.

​

* Arriving 10 minutes after the class begins will result in being asked to leave. To prevent any disruptions, please ensure you arrive on time (5 minutes early) to ensure your spot. 

​

* We have set up different levels of classes to meet your needs. Please refer to the class description before registering.

​

* Some classes will need a Yoga Mat. See class descriptions for details.

​

* Your safety is our highest concern. We encourage you to adhere to our safety rules, follow your instructor's guidance, and respect the 300-pound weight limit to ensure a safe and enjoyable class experience. Please remember that, like any sport, pole dancing carries a risk of physical injury.

STUDIO DRESS CODE

​

Feel free to wear anything that is flexible and comfortable. T-shirts/Fitting top, Shorts, Tights, Leggings - whatever feels good to move in. Unless explicitly stated below in the course:

​

​Pole Class (Applied and related to any Pole class)

For safety purposes, we kindly request that you take off all metal items, including earrings, watches, rings, and bracelets. Additionally, please refrain from applying lotions or oils to your skin before class, as they can affect your on the pole. A tank top and shorts are required, and the more skin exposed, the easier and safer it will be to pole, heels optional.

Be sure to review the class descriptions for any specific attire requirements.

Exotic Pole

Fitting top, tank top, leggings, knee pads, and heels (heels are recommended but not required).

​

AERIAL CLASSES (Applied and related to any Aerial class)

Fitting top, tank top, leggings, socks, and/or glove (Gloves are optional, based on your personal practice preference).

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

Our online class schedule system enables you to reserve multiple classes 24/7 from a computer or smart phone. 

​

By enrolling in any class, event, or workshop at 2PLUS DANCE STUDIO, all students and parents/guardians acknowledge, accept, and consent to the studio's Policies, Procedures, and Waivers.

​

We strongly encourage you to secure your spot using our online reservation system. While walk-ins are accepted, please note that without prior registration, your place in class is not guaranteed. If you happen to miss the scheduled time, feel free to call the studio about availability.

​

All students must create individual accounts to register for the class. Sharing class credits under the same account or transferring class credits to others' accounts is not allowed.

​

If you are under 18 and wish to participate in a class, registration may not be required. However, it's essential for your parents or legal guardian to reach the studio directly to enroll you. Please be aware that children are not permitted in the studio during class and/or workshop sessions without prior permission.

​

 

CANCELLATIONS & LATE FEES

​

2PLUS DANCE STUDIO has a 12-hour cancellation policy for the regular class(es). Our online class schedule system enables you to cancel multiple classes 24/7 from a computer or smart phone. If your registration is cancelled 12 hours or less before class start time, it is considered LATE CANCEL. $20 LATE CANCELLATION and $40 NO-SHOW will be charged for ALL class(es) purchases.

If we (2PLUS DANCE STUDIO) cancel your class, you will receive an email and/or text notification of the cancellation and the class will be credited back to your studio account for use at another time.

Please check that your phone number and email address are updated so you will receive the class cancellation notification through text and email.

​​

Forgiven Late Cancellations - You are not charged a cancellation fee for the first late cancellation(s) in each calendar year.

​

Class will be canceled if there is only one student registered. You will receive an email notification 4-6 hours in advance if the class is canceled. We recommend checking the class schedule or your booking reservation again before attending.

​

All private parties and Private Lessons, Private Group Lessons and/or Workshop must be prepaid in full at booking time. For Private Lesson & Private Party,  72 hours of notice required for cancellation to receive full refund. 2 day notice is required to reschedule. Rescheduling subject to studio availability.

We encourage everyone to enjoy the parties, but for safety reasons, intoxicated attendees will not be allowed to participate.

 

CLASS WAITLIST

If the class or workshop is at full capacity, the spot will be given priority to the  student according to the waiting list. Register for the waitlist.

If you are in a class due to another student canceling, you will receive an email or text notification confirming your successful registration.

Please make sure your contact information is current and that your account is configured to receive updates regarding account management and schedule changes.

Please make sure to check before the cancellation window to prevent losing course credit or incurring late fees.

PURCHASED

​

Private Group Classes and Private Workshops are to be booked by text or call 909-683-4429. All bookings must be prepaid via credit card at the time of booking confirmation. Please note that classes and packages have different validation periods.

​

 

REFUND POLICY​

​

ALL sales are final.

ALL purchases for any Class Packages (Including Private Class), Memberships, Workshops, Party and Events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

​

 

PHOTOGRAPH/IMAGE RELEASE

​

You are welcome to use pictures and videos in class, and we encourage it! However, we kindly ask that you respect the privacy of your fellow students while taking photos. Lastly, don’t forget to tag us on Facebook or Instagram!​​
